Who are the Daily 10 for?

These moves are intended to help you gain confidence around your workouts and build a fitness habit. In other words, the Daily 10 is an AMAZING starting place if you are new to your fitness journey.

These moves are too easy! What should I do?

If you can easily complete over 3 rounds of these moves in ten minutes, you’re ready for a new challenge! Time to download LSF the App and start on your premium plan workouts! 

These workouts are too hard for me. Help!

Be patient with yourself! Your muscles WILL get stronger and you WILL get better. The only way this happens is if you keep showing up. All I am asking is that you do as much as YOU can do in ten minutes. And if that’s ten reps total? Fine! If you can truly say you have done your best, that’s all I would ever want. Bringing your best everyday will bring change. That’s a promise.

Sometimes I don’t know whether to do 10 or 10 each side for certain moves.

It’s always 10 on each side if there are 2 sides 🙂

What if you are doing the HBSG? Do you do that workout plus the Daily 10?

Yes. You can do the Daily10 as your warm up. Then do the HBSG .

I love these little workouts, perfect for before work. Im thinking i could do another set of them, I mean, another og the weekplans in the afternoon. So running two “mondays” at a time. Then im gonna get the HBSP

Thank you so much for offering this easy to follow, simple, stress free daily workout plan. I have been in such a workout rut, really inconsistent—-sometimes I’ll workout for a week or two and then not again for months. I figured out that a big part of this inconsistency is because I found that planning workouts and what moves to do, when, and how many, and what days was just overwhelming and not fun. I had this mindset that if I couldn’t do a full workout then it wasn’t going to matter anyway because what’s the difference? And also because… Read more »

For the spring challenge – on the app – do I do both the daily moves and the “Today’s Workout” for that particular day? What if there’s also a video? Do I do all 3? For example for Day 1 of this challenge you have the cellulite buster video – do I do the daily 10 and video or do I do the premium workout and the video? Thanks!

If you are using the app, I suggest sticking with the app plan premium and doing the SSD videos as a bonus 🙂
