Hi! How many protein balls in a serving? I’m considering purchasing the nutrition guide – are the serving sizes listed on all the recipes?

Are these protein balls for a snack alternative? I was actually at a restaurant last week and they were serving bread balls like this for dips. Looking at the recipe list they are only ‘protein balls’ because you have added in protein powder. With the nuts are these just sprinkled on top? After its been put into the freezer, do I cut them into squares and roll them into balls?

So once the mixture is mixed together in the bowl do I make small balls and then place them in the freexer to harden? In your instructions you have done it differently.

We have nut allergies I. Our house, but love the idea of protein balls, can you suggest and alternative flour? Oat is ok, just not almond. Thanks!

What could I use in place of the coconut nectar? Is stevia or maple syrup good?
