1/4-1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup frozen berries (blackberries and blueberries are best)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbs flax seeds
1/2c water
1/4c almond milk
1 tsp raw honey


  1. In a small sauce pan, bring water to boil
  2. Place oats in boiling water and begin to stir for 1-2min
  3. Add in the frozen berries, flax and protein powder
  4. Continue cooking for another 2min or until oats are cooked through
  5. Place in bowl and top with almond milk and honey

*This can also be done in microwave if needed by placing all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cooking for approximately 2 min
